2. User Accounts
To access certain features like "Save Cookbooks" or "Meal Planning," you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. AI Content Disclaimer
Recipes generated by CookWith AI are for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AI models may occasionally suggest incorrect measurements, ingredients, or cooking times. Always exercise caution and use your best judgment when cooking.
4. Intellectual Property
The visual design, brand name, and unique "Smart Recipes" algorithms are the intellectual property of CookWith AI. Users may save and share recipes for personal use, but commercial redistribution of our AI-generated database is strictly prohibited.
5. Subscription & Payments
Our "Premium" and "Pro" plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through your project settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as detailed in our billing policy.
